We accept Interac e-Transfer and supported cryptocurrencies through NOWPayments. Orders are only approved after payment is confirmed.
Same-day dispatch on orders paid before 2pm EST. Most Canadian addresses arrive in 2–4 business days. Parcels ship in plain outer packaging with a smell-proof inner layer and no cannabis branding on the label.
Because cannabis products are perishable and regulated, opened items are not returnable. If a parcel is lost, damaged in transit, or the order arrives materially wrong, contact support and we’ll make it right.
Customer details are used only for order review, payment coordination, shipping updates, and support. We do not sell customer information or use it outside the storefront and fulfillment process.
